Steady Energy designs advanced nuclear heating plants for district heating, campus energy, desalination and industrial manufacturing. Eurotech, together with its EPCM and plant operator partners enable the licensing, construction and operation of these compact non-power reactor plants sized to the needs of our customers.

Our simple and safer design enables scalable, cost-effective (<$40 LCOH), zero-carbon steam and heat. Reactors are built underground and are modular to fit the specific needs for each site. Our SMR plants can be deployed more quickly than advanced reactors, as they use an industry-standard, reliable PWR uranium oxide fuel assembly.

Eurotech Ventures acts as developer on Steady Energy’s North American projects, constructed by one of the world’s most respected EPCM companies and operated by an industry-leading nuclear plant operator. Our first US SMR project is an industrial facility in Idaho, planned for operation in the early 2030s.
